Purple, pink and white flowers are preserved in a stackable silver ring.

A custom ring is the perfect way to preserve the beauty of your wedding flowers. Its compact design requires only a small amount of flowers, making it an ideal choice even if your blooms are not in perfect condition or if you’re new to flower drying (if you are drying the flowers yourself.)

This bride preserved her flowers beautifully! The flowers retained their vibrant colors exceptionally well, which made the design process both enjoyable and rewarding. Due to the small 2mm inner grove of the ring, each flower petal had to be cut into teeny-tiny pieces to fit.

For this ring, I opted for stainless steel due to its remarkable durability and resistance to tarnishing. After preparing the flowers, I dedicated about an hour and a half to carefully glue each petal into the ring’s inlet. To enhance the flowers’ natural hues, I incorporated a few silver flakes into the design.

Once the resin was mixed, I used the 30-minute curing time to smooth out the ring’s sides on a spinner, allowing it to spin for several hours to ensure an even cure.

(Don’t mind the eyebrow gel and rubber band/tape setup I used to get the ring to fit on the tumbler spinner!)

This ring took quite a bit of polishing with the rotary tool to get it completely smooth all the way around – but I’d say it was well worth it. The blend of purple, pink, and white flowers shines beautifully in the ring’s setting.

An important note about these rings is that they cannot be resized, making it super important to be sure of your size before ordering one.

This was the first custom ring I made using a client’s personal flowers. As with all my jewelry and keepsakes, I strive to ensure that each piece feels personal with a minimal and timeless design.

This ring is meant to be regularly worn – with proper care! Taking your jewelry off to bathe and wash your hands extends its life.
