FAQ

Frequently asked questions about shipping, drying your flowers and more.

General

After placing your order you will receive a message from me on where to ship your flower petals.

As of now, I only accept dried flowers. Please dry your flowers by either hanging to dry, air drying flower petals on the counter, or pressing dry. I just need the flowers dry enough to ship without molding, so depending on the flower they could be dry enough to ship in just a week or two.

Once I receive your flowers, I will finish drying them and begin working on your piece. Depending on the time of year and number of current orders I have, expect your piece back to you in about 6 weeks once I receive your flowers.

I try to send back any flowers I did not use in your piece, but this is not always possible. Please only send flowers you are okay parting with.

Dried flowers can be sent by wrapping them in a paper towel and placing them in a card or envelope without any plastic. I recommend you dry and keep some for yourself just in case your petals are lost in transit. A tracking number is also recommended.

Possibly! I work with other things besides flowers depending on the amount of orders I currently have. If you’d like to inquire about something other than flowers, please send me a message.

Flowers can easily be dried by removing the petals from the flowers and laying them on a napkin in a dry, dark place to air dry until they are dry enough to ship. It typically takes about a week or two. They can also be hung upside down by the stem (in small bunches) and petals plucked after they are dried, if preferred. Pressed dried flowers work too.

I use 304 grade stainless steel and .925 sterling silver in my floral jewelry pieces. Custom bouquet jewelry is either .925 sterling silver or gold-filled. I strive to use high quality metals that are safe for most skin types and made to last.

∙ Avoid exposing your pendant to prolonged sunlight or extreme temperatures to preserve its clarity and color.

∙ The resin I use is UV and water resistant, but not totally waterproof. Please remove your jewelry before bathing or swimming.

∙ Clean gently with a soft cloth after wearing.

∙ Store your pendant in a cool, dry place when not wearing it.
